Remove the Trays to Eat
If you're getting ready to enjoy a meal or snack, first remove your trays. Place them in a protective case to prevent loss or damage. Be sure to rinse your trays before putting them back in your mouth. Do not use hot water on your Invisalign aligners, as it could warp them.
Clean Aligners with a Mild Soap
To clean your trays, brush them with a soft-bristle brush and a mild soap. Toothpaste can scratch the material or leave deposits. Rinse with cool or warm water.
