Dr. Siegel: My name is Dr. Victor Siegel. I practice in Rockville, Maryland and have done so since 1981. I'm a general dentist. So I opened the office in 1981 after having associated elsewhere for three years and decided it was time to open my own office. Dr. Kramer: Some of our core values here at Dr. Siegel's Cosmetic Dentistry is to really treat the patient as a whole unit. So we really pride ourselves on comprehensive care. We don't treat a single tooth, we want to treat the patient as a whole. Bruce: It was a trial and error with dentists and doctors. But I came in here for the first appointment. And from the moment I was walked in between the staff and the doctor, it felt like home. They treat you as a person instead of a number. Dr. Siegel: What makes our office different than other offices is I think our staff. I've gotten a lot of feedback about our staff members from our hygienist, to our assistant, to our front desk saying that they've been very helpful, very gentle, very understanding. Byron: What has impressed us about Dr. Siegel and his office is mainly the people that work here, not only Dr. Siegel but the technicians, the receptionist. They are always professional, courteous, friendly, they know us. Dr. Harrington: Every time I come, I'm extremely relaxed. I actually enjoy coming to the dentist and very few people can say they enjoy coming to the dentist. Dr. Kramer: Our patients usually walk out of here with a smile on their face. They really, really love coming here. I think that they understand and feel like they're in good hands. Many thank yous, many hugs because they're really truly happy with the work that we've done for them. Susan: I want to say thank you because I speak highly of them, no matter where I am. And when people ask about my journey, I tell them. I tell them who they are and where they are. I am forever indebted for the rest of my life because my life has changed. And it's because of Dr. Siegel.
