Dr. Manlucu takes a patient-centered approach to dentistry and is supported by extensive clinical experience. She has led two established practices in Baltimore County and previously worked in New York City at comprehensive care private practices. Dr. Manlucu completed a general dentistry residency at NYU Langone and graduated Omicron Kappa Upsilon from Howard University College of Dentistry. She holds a B.S. in Biology from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, where she graduated with honors. Dr. Manlucu is a member of several professional organizations, including the American Dental Association.
 

Dr. Siegel began his dental career in 1978 after graduating from Georgetown University School of Dentistry. He taught at Georgetown's dental school before starting a practice in 1981. Dr. Siegel continues to volunteer his teaching services at the University of Maryland School of Dentistry. As a lifelong learner, he participates in continuing education to stay updated with the latest advancements in dentistry. Dr. Siegel is affiliated with several prestigious organizations, including the American Dental Association, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and the International College of Dentists.
